We analysed a public sample of Product Manager and Product Owner vacancies in Estonia published on LinkedIn. We also separately reviewed job advertisements in which employers disclosed monthly salary ranges.
The sample included vacancies from both large international companies and technology employers operating in Estonia. Wise, Luminor, Nortal, Creditstar, Bob W. and Parim Workforce were among the companies looking for Product Managers and Product Owners.
Product professionals are needed across a wide range of industries in Estonia. Luminor was looking for specialists to develop card and banking products, while Nortal was recruiting for digital healthcare projects and Creditstar for investment products. Wise’s vacancies focused on financial data and customer reporting, while Bob W. was looking for a Product Manager to develop its commercial operations.
High Demand for Product Managers in Estonia
The analysed sample included:
11 entry-level vacancies, including Entry-level and Associate positions;
41 Middle-level vacancies;
42 Senior-level vacancies.
Companies in Estonia are particularly active in recruiting experienced Middle and Senior professionals. This shows that the profession offers strong opportunities for career growth and long-term development.

Middle Product Manager
Salary offers for Middle-level professionals ranged from €2,700 to €5,500 gross per month. The average of the published salary ranges was approximately €3,860 gross per month.
Senior Product Manager
For Senior professionals, companies offered between €3,800 and €7,250 gross per month. The average of the published salary ranges was approximately €5,690 gross per month.
